About

This function summarize all information connected with Your license.  The detailed information are divided into two panels : 

ABOUT :

• Version - shows the detailed information about used Release of the GenesisZX

• Serial Number - the serial number of Your GenesisZX license. 

• Storage - limitation of the usable storage size. There can be a limited  size - You will see the maximum value for the storage, or it can be a unlimited size. The TRIAL license is a Unlimited Storage license.

• Version status - shows the current status of the activation. There can be either a Activate or Not Activated status.  If the status if Not Activated, the button ACTIVATE will be active. In order to activate the product system has to have an internet access. The communication ports needed for the successful activation : 25 and 10444 (source and destination). In case of any activation errors, please verify Your firewall rules.  

LICENSES :

License keys should be provided to you from ScaleLogicpartner.

Product Key - Product Key format is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Storage Key - allows to extend the storage capacity managed by the GenesisZX system.

Feature Pack keys  - adds additional function to the system.
