Discovery CHAP user access

It is possible,to enable secure session between the initiator and LUN. There are 3 different levels of restricting the access to the LUN :

1. Discovery CHAP user access

2. CHAP user access authentication.

3. Mutual CHAP user. 

DISCOVERY CHAP Users authentication allows You to add restrictions for the users that are trying to discovery the targets.

CHAP Log on information helps ensure connection security by providing authentication between a target and an initiator.

To use, specify the name and CHAP target secret - set this log on also on the initiator side for the Discovery portal option.

To save the settings, press the APPLY button.

NOTE : 

If users forget their password, there is no way to retrieve it. You can only set a new password.
