CHAP User access authentication allows You to add restrictions for the users that are trying to connect to the targets.
To ensure the connection security, the CHAP user access provides authorization between a target and an initiator, on the level to connect with the target.
To use, specify the name and CHAP target secret (user password) - set this log on also on the initiator side for the connect to target options.
NOTE :
Password must consist of at least 12 characters and cannot contain whitespace characters.
If users forget their password, there is no way to retrieve it. You can only set a new password.
