This function allows to define, whether the Text Console should be available. There are three options to choose :
- Unlocked - the Text Console is available
- Locked - the Text Console is not available at all
- Secured by a password - the Text Console is protected by a password. If this option is chosen, you need to enter and re-enter the password.
