This functionality is available in: Storage > Pool > Options
This option allows you to delete a zpool. The whole structure will be unmounted and then deleted. Note that all data will be lost from the selected zpool. To delete a zpool:
- Go to the Storage section.
- Go to the Pool subsection.
- Click the Options button.
- Click Delete Zpool.
- Enter the word "delete".
- Click the Delete button.
You can also clean metadata from cache using Text-based User Interface (TUI). To do so:
- Activate TUI.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + X.
- In the window that appears, click Yes.
- In the window that appears, enter administrator password.
- Select Remove ZFS data structures and disks partitions.
- Choose Select.
- Press Enter.
- In the window that appears, enter administrator password.
- Select disks to clear from the list.
- Choose OK.
- Press Enter.
